First service (3k check up) on my 3 month old Ram 1500 Limited. A chap named Tony took my call and I also detailed to him a handful of issues that I had with the Ram. Small things like dust coming past one door seal, Android Auto issue, a ram box bung missing etc, to one bigger issue with the Air Con not actually cooling the air. Anyway, Tony listened to my list and booked me in for the following Tuesday. When i arrived a lovely young Lady called Andrea served me at the desk. Andrea produced my file which included a yellow printed out form listing all of the issues I had detailed to Tony. So that was very pleasing to see that they had taken notice of all my issues. Andrea then went through the list and made sure all my concerns were covered. I then left them to it. When i returned a number of hours later Andrea took me out into the workshop and the mechanic took me through some of the issues and walked me through the various fixes. The Air Con and door seal have been escalated to Ram for full fixes at a later time. All up i couldnt be happier with the service areas attention to detail and help with my Ram fixes. I am a lot more confident with my purchase now, knowing the excellent service I receive when addressing any problems or concerns with Alan Mance in Footscray.
