This is a personal review of Faizan Khan (Fixed Operations Manager - Ram Bendigo) who is excellent at 'real' customer service and sorting solutions to problems. Long story short, we had a 5 month wait on a part for our Ram with little to no customer assistance from Ram Australia other than lip service. Front of house service team at Ram Bendigo could do little other than offer updates that kept moving and not able to give us useful information on the part or an actual fix date. Then Faizan Khan stepped in to help, customer service must be his middle name, he took charge and followed it through all the way, keeping us updated with accurate information and in the end sorted it through his Ram contacts 3 weeks after it became his problem. Faizan was excellent and hence the 5 star rating, when Ram Australia would struggle to get a one star for their customer service. So thankyou so much Faizan you have restored our faith.

From the very start Wayne and Jodi have been a pleasure to deal with making everything easy even with me working out of state they got everything sorted and worked in a delivery date that suited my work roster. Have been super happy with my new Ram 2500 and couldn't recommend the team at Bendigo Ram high enough.

Ram Bendigo is absolutely amazing . FK in the service department and that beautiful lady ( i can't recall her name ) dealing with warranty issues are unbelievable. We walked in on a Friday hoping to get some answers with our RAM and within the hour it was in the workshop . By that afternoon we were able to continue with our holiday . Words cannot express how exceptional your customer service is and we can't thank you enough . Your kindness will never be forgotten. ☆☆☆☆☆
