We were travelling around Australia with our caravan when the air suspension on our RAM failed. After calling a few Melbourne dealers and being told there was a 2–3 week wait, we were really starting to worry. The team at Brighton RAM were incredible. Katie and Kevin were awesome in accommodating us the very next day and made sure we could continue our trip safely. Their service, communication and genuine care made all the difference. Can’t recommend this team enough.
