Following a few visits to a variety of car yards on the sunshine coast, looking to upgrade our caravan tow vehicle, we ventured to Cricks Ram at Nambour. As we strolled thru the yard looking keenly at the Ram 1500's we were gently approached by a gentleman by the name of Michael Goodeve. Michael was pleasant and welcoming. Following some brief conversation regarding our interest in the Rams and what we'd done to date, he quickly assessed our position and cut straight to the chase, proposing a very attractive first up deal. There was no push, hard sales pitches or tricky tactics. Michael simply laid the cards on the table and left us with the prospect we could actually achieve our upgrade. We could see Michael was juggling multiple customers and activities, but we felt we were his most important people. The next day we countered the original deal with a view to securing the car that day. Within two working days we drove away in our new Ram 1500. Michael was extremely helpful and proactive, assisting us with obtaining everything we needed to get our car in a very short time frame, along with moving our car interstate so we could register it at home. Michael's support has continued well beyond the vehicle leaving the yard, with him following up on our progress getting home and registered. A sincere thank you Michael, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and in particular our new Ram !!
