Got my Ram through Mike. He was legend! Also had the truck serviced through service department. Joey has always looked after us with either the AMG and now the Ram. My only caveat which isn't a dealer problem is how slow Stillantis over in America or Ram australia is (not sure who exactly is the problem) at getting parts over to the dealers. Everything is a 4-12 week wait. It’s like they wait for a container load be full before they get it on a ship to come over

Just purchased a new RAM from Mike. It was such a smooth and great experience from start to end. Mike is super easy to deal with, nothing is ever a problem or a rush, in all our calls he always asked me how work was going and what else has been happening which shows he cares about his customers. Great knowledge of the vehicle going through whats been changed compared to the previous model. Also loved the hand over with a cover and bow on the vehicle and a bag of merch to go with it. I cannot recommend him enough if you're thinking of purchasing one of these American beauties. Thank you Mike for a great experience

I purchased 4 weeks ago a Ram 1500 Laramie from G Brothers and couldn't fault the respectful and courteous service provided by the sales team, I live in country NSW and they helpfully met me half way from Sydney to deliver my Ram, Mike was fantastic to deal with and the vehicle was beautifully detailed inside upon delivery, I have done 3500km on the truck so far and absolutely love the truck,thankyou to the team at G Brothers Ram Mona Vale, would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from them again in the future, keep up the great service it's so refreshing to have great Customer service.
