We received exceptional service from Shakira when purchasing our Ram. She went above and beyond in sourcing a vehicle to match our exact specifications rather then trying to upsell stock on hand. Other dealers were not prepared to accomodate our requirements. Overall the complete experience was extremely smooth with excellent communication and presentation of the vehicle on handover.
