I recently liaised with Northern RAM’s Service and Parts Department following a disappointing experience with an interstate RAM dealership. I would like to commend the outstanding level of service I received from Northern RAM. Both Natasha and Michael were incredibly understanding, empathetic, and genuinely interested in helping me with my situation. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer service were exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. It was refreshing to deal with a team that truly listened and made me feel valued as a customer. Northern RAM should be proud to have Natasha and Michael representing the business.

Customer service should be judged by how companies respond when things don’t go well …. I had Ram issues non mechanical that were not Northerns fault but Alf, Michael and the team couldn’t have been more helpful
