I walked into the Tynan Jeep / RAM dealership last week and was straight away blown away with the salesman there. The gentlemen’s name that assisted me was “Ram”, within a few moments of me telling what I was looking for, he guided me from a Jeep Wrangler up to the 1500 RAM truck. He quickly enabled me to go for a decent test drive, walked me through the absolute amazing features, benefits, accessories, towing payload and everything else that the brochure offers yet with a real personal touch. The sales manager Brian Barry was also amazing and so helpful, he got me a really good trade-in and shaved the deal to suit my realistic budget. In addition, Annie, the finance manager went above and beyond the call of duty to get my finance approved, she was so dedicated on getting me the best lender, the best interest rate. She spend countless hours working on my file and was communicating with me the entire time. Never before have I seen anyone from a motor group company work this hard at getting it across the line. Seriously guys, hats off to all of you. 5 stars plus for the entire team! You have forever changed my world. 👊

Had a few hiccups with the business manager so would advise to tread carefully, almost sold me business finance with incorrectly disclosed termination clauses. Sales staff however were excellent. Ram and his manager did everything to make the transaction as smooth as possible.
