Recently had the best experience in purchasing my new Bighorn from Village RAM. From the time of initial enquiry, to the time driving out was a seamless exercise. We are located in Townsville, and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure time frames were met and well communicated at all times. On the day of collection, even with some very minor issues beyond anyone's control, the Sales Manager was able to provide immediate solutions and there was no delay in driving out of there. By far this was the best experience I have had when purchasing a new vehicle. To anyone looking for a new vehicle, it's well worth the travel for the service experience.
